Social Planning Network of Ontario

The Social Planning Council is convening a Safe Schools Information Session for parents and community service providers.

• What is a Safe School?
• What happens when unsafe behaviour occurs?
• How does the school deal with bullying?
• What are the rules for suspension & expulsion?
• As a parent, what do you need to know?

Safe Schools legislation has changed in Ontario.

Parents and community service staff who work with parents, families and students are invited to come to this meeting for information on these changes and to get their questions answered.  Ministry of Education representatives will be available at the meeting. 

Refreshments will be served.
